Accounts Administrator
Location – Baldonnell, Dublin 22
Salary – €30k – €32k
Office Hours – 40hrs, Monday to Friday Onsite
Our Client based in Baldonnell are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with advanced excel skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of invoices, purchase orders / purchase ledgers, timesheets and petty cash.
- Posting of all bank and credit card transactions and regular bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of weekly debtor and creditor reports for review by senior management.
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliation, as well as customer statements and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Ad Hoc accounts administration.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Sage 200 would be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel are essential.
- Ability to work off of own initiative and in strict confidentiality.
- Conscientious of deadlines while continuously working in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- No Public Transport to location – Own transport would be essential
