Accounts Administrator

Location – Baldonnell, Dublin 22

Salary – €30k – €32k

Office Hours – 40hrs, Monday to Friday Onsite


Our Client based in Baldonnell are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with advanced excel skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of invoices, purchase orders / purchase ledgers, timesheets and petty cash.
  • Posting of all bank and credit card transactions and regular bank reconciliations.
  • Preparation of weekly debtor and creditor reports for review by senior management.
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliation, as well as customer statements and preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Ad Hoc accounts administration.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Sage 200 would be an advantage.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel are essential.
  • Ability to work off of own initiative and in strict confidentiality.
  • Conscientious of deadlines while continuously working in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • No Public Transport to location – Own transport would be essential
