Accounts Administrator – €32k
Dublin 4, Full Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our hospitality and catering client in Dublin 4. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Candidates should have very strong organisational, communication and administration skills.
- Daily processing of invoices, purchase orders, timesheets and petty cash
- Processing of information required for payroll
- Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
- Day to day management of rectifications and reconciliations
- Management of accounts receivable and payable
- Provide assistance with any potential audits or internal requests
- Must have excellent numerical skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working as part of a team and alone.
- Excellent excel and administration skills
- Accounts experience essential
- Minimum two years’ experience in similar position.
