Accounts Administrator – €30k
North Dublin, Full Time
Location: North Dublin
Monday to Friday Office Hours
- Daily processing of invoices, purchase orders, timesheets and petty cash
- Processing of information required for payroll
- Administrative tasks and duties inclusive of day to day and ad hoc tasks
- Day to day management of rectifications and reconciliations
- Liaise closely with the group’s credit controller and external accountant as necessary
- Provide assistance with any potential audits or internal requests
- Liaise with debtors as required and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with Management to monitor and reduce debtor days
- Must have excellent numerical skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working as part of a team and alone.
- Excellent excel and administration skills
- Accounts experience essential
- Minimum one year experience in similar position.
