Role: Accounts & Office Manager
Location: Dublin 20 – Office based
Salary: Package Negotiable, DOE
Role Requirements:
- Overseeing daily accounts and administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive work environment.
- Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Handling financial processes, including budget management, invoice processing, and expense reports.
- Coordinating facility maintenance and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
- Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees and facilitating effective communication.
- Managing office technology and troubleshooting technical issues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts / Office Manager
- Strong background in Accounts is essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software packages
- Familiarity with financial processes such as budgeting and invoicing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
