Accounts Payable Administrator

Location: Dublin 17 – Hybrid

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary €35k – €38k

Role Requirements: 

  • Receiving daily post/email for the finance team.
  • Entering delivery dockets on to the system.
  • Processing purchase ledger invoices.
  • Using system workflows to have invoices approved and authorised for payment.
  • Generating invoice queries and liaising with suppliers to resolve.
  • Creditor statement reconciliations.
  • Ad-hoc filing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have excellent numerical skills, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and comfortable working as part of a team and alone.
  • Excellent excel and administration skills
  • Accounts experience essential
  • Minimum two years’ experience in similar position.
