Executive Talent are currently seeking an experienced, professional Commercial Manager with a passion for increasing growth by identifying new commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with excellent organisational abilities but is committed to maintaining a constant awareness of trends and market conditions, to provide strategic advice to upper management. Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team to identify commercial opportunities and risks within our contracts
• Maximise efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
• Enable sound commercial judgement for decision making
• Develop and implement commercial improvement plans and identify issues or risks that will impact business retention
• Develop and retain strategic partnerships
• Analyse current processes and performance, recommend/ implement solutions for improvement
• Establish Continuous Improvement processes.
• Experienced within the tendering process

Knowledge and Experience

• Demonstrable track record (at least 5 years) in same/similar role;
• A successful track record of operating at a strategic level, building strong relationships and value-based management while leading and driving business growth.
• Understanding and experience of costing models used within our clients industry
• Working with multi-disciplinary teams to remove barriers and drive innovation throughout the Company and demonstrate creative and effective ways to motivate teams
• Involvement with Business Subject Matter Experts on Projects
• Proven ability to plan and manage for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to streamline and implement processes that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
• Forecasting and Strategic Outlook of the Business
• Variance and Trend Analysis, investigation of results with concise actions
• Experience and knowledge of Risk Management strategies
• Preparation and calculation of financial models to support internal business cases

Qualifications

• Completed 3rd level qualification
• CIMA/ACCA accreditation – desirable
