Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €34k

 

Role Requirements:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive account management.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide product information and technical advice to customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the building materials or landscaping industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s licence is essential.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
