Customer Care Agent – Dublin 24

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Customer Care Agent to join our clients established team. The candidate must be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail as well as very strong administration, communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of three years previous experience in Customer Service / Call Centre role is essential for the position.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Conscientious about deadlines with excellent organisational ability.
  • Previous experience in utilities a distinct advantage
  • Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent administration skills.
  • Strong communication skills – fluent English, written and oral. 
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service / Call Centre essential

Role Requirements:

  • Answer incoming customer queries
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services
  • Customer feedback to ensure best practice
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Active listening
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested

Location – Dublin 24

Salary – €26k – €28k
