Customer Service – Construction

Monday to Friday

Salary: €30,000

Executive Talent are delighted to be partnering with our well know client in Dublin west to grown the Customer Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is hoping to join a progressive organisation where progression is consistent. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude to sales and customer service and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment. EXET22

The role will require:

  • Raising sales orders
  • Invoicing all despatches from the branch
  • Resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Processing customer returns documentation and credit notes
  • Scanning and filing
  • Preparing cash lodgements daily
  • Emailing invoices and POD’s to customers and colleagues
  • Providing administration support
  • Providing ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • 1/2 years customer service experience
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to work as part of the team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • IT skills associated with Microsoft excel packages (word and excel)
  • Cash handling
  • Knowledge of the construction industry an advantage

Job Description

  • Scanning & filing is performed daily
  • Invoices & POD’s are sent to customers within 24hrs of receiving request
  • Cash sale accounts are maintained accurately and up to date
  • Branch targets are achieved
  • NPS score targets are achieved
  • Internal KPI’s are achieved
