We are seeking an experienced Customer Training Specialist for our client based in Dublin 12.

Role Requirements:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers, focusing on product functionality, usage best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops for clients, both virtually and in person.
• Create training materials, including guides, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and user manuals, tailored to different learning styles.
• Assess customer needs and tailor training sessions, accordingly, ensuring that all learning objectives are met.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to stay up to date on product updates and incorporate them into training materials.
• Provide post-training support to customers, addressing any questions and ensuring long-term knowledge retention.
• Ensure all training programs are aligned with company standards and meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized training approaches.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in customer training, learning and development, or technical support roles.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering training in person and via virtual platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear, engaging manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
• Experience in a technology or software environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with video editing software or tools.
