Role: Group HR Manager

Location: Dublin 15

Salary: €70k+

Role Requirements: 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company’s mission and goals.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and design relevant programs.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance management and feedback processes.
  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits reviews to ensure competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on employment legislation and ensure compliance with Irish labor laws.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the Transport & Logistics Industry. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional HR certification CIPD required.
