Role: Group HR Manager
Location: Dublin 15
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with our company’s mission and goals.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and design relevant programs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management and feedback processes.
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits reviews to ensure competitiveness.
- Stay updated on employment legislation and ensure compliance with Irish labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the Transport & Logistics Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional HR certification CIPD required.
