Executive Talent are excited to be working alongside our client based in Dublin 24 to assist in growing their People & Culture department. This will be a full time role for the right candidate who is looking to join a well-established team and progress their career. EXET22

 

The Role:

Candidates must have recent experience working in HR Administration ideally in recruitment but not essential. The candidate will have an active part in the daily functioning of the People & Culture Department ensuring they are providing the required service levels to the operation.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • General file management relating to both soft and hard copy files.
  • Processing employee correspondence
  • Manage & Monitor multiple mailboxes
  • Liaising with payroll department in relation to payroll queries.
  • Recording, tracking, & reporting on employee leave & absences and liaising with employees, managers and payroll on same
  • Recording, tracking, and reporting on employee visas
  • Assisting with recruitment; advertising vacancies on multiple external and internal recruitment platforms, screening & interviewing candidates as needed, liaising with external agencies when required
  • Running reports and updating trackers
  • Answering adhoc HR queries and requests and advising managers and employees on HR issues
  • Assisting with Employee Relations matters; managing correspondence and taking minutes when needed
  • Employee File setup, recording and reporting on same
  • Recruitment advertising experience and experience taking minutes

 

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a HR Administrative role or similar
  • Knowledge of HR functions in particular recruitment and advertising vacant roles
  • Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
  • Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and also to work as part of a team
