HR Administrator – Part Time

Our expanding client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their fast paced HR Department. This role will provide a platform to grow and develop in a very successful family run business.
Role Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personal records, update internal database.
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, employee handbook etc.
- Start to end recruitment: placing recruitment adverts internally and externally, monitoring/selecting and short listing CV’s, telephone interviews, scheduling face to face interviews.
- Setting up new employees on company software, preparing starter files, carrying out inductions with staff.
- Updating and organizing training schedules, running reports as per management instruction.
- Other ad hoc administration duties.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR / Administration relevant role.
- High level of proficiency with IT, HR Software, and Microsoft Suites.
- Good knowledge of the basic employment legislation and HR functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Qualification in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
