HR Generalist – €40k – €45k

Role: HR Generalist

Location: North Dublin

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary: €40k – €45k

Our client based in Dublin 11 are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is a standalone role reporting to the GM and supporting the business unit managers. The ideal candidate will have a Degree in HR, CIPD accreditation and a minimum of three years’ experience in a HR role.


Role requirements: 

  • Manage the company recruitment processes 
  • Managing the lifecycle of employees 
  • Be the point of contact for general HR queries and provide guidance and support to Managers on all HR processes, programmes, policies and initiatives.
  • Responsible for the development and ongoing monitoring of HR policies, processes and procedures 
  • To manage and organise training and certification compliance of employees
  • Manage insurance process for risks, incidents and claims
  • Complete KPI’s on a monthly basis
  • Organising training and retraining of all employees as required
  • Co-ordinating / Delivering training & toolbox talks (including H&S)
  • Generating content and publishing Newsletter
  • To assist management with any other HR related issues.
  • ISO accreditation training
  • Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR role
  • CIPD qualified or relevant HR qualification
  • Competency in Health & Safety legislation and requirements 
  • Excellent knowledge in Irish Employment Legislation
  • A results driven approach to work
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft packages (Word, Excel and Power-point)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
