Role: HR Manager

Location: Kildare 

Salary: €60k+

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to on-boarding new employees.
  • Liaise with Managers in terms of recruitment needs and manage the recruitment process through to the induction stage, using the most appropriate cost-effective methods.
  • Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to ensure the company is adequately staffed with skilled personnel.
  • Liaise with the HR & Payroll Administrator to ensure the correct and accurate information is processed for payroll on a weekly basis for all staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee issues promptly and fairly.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and mutual respect.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programmes to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a human resources role with experience in the hospitality industry advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or CIPD qualification is essential.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
