Role: Hotel HR Manager

Location: Dublin 8

Salary: €50k

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and making selection decisions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the hotel team.
  • Serve as the main contact for employee concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts when needed.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Implement and manage performance review processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support employees’ professional growth.
  • Address performance issues promptly and constructively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience managing HR functions in a hotel environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
