Role: HR Officer

Location: Dublin 22

Salary: €45k – €50k

 

Role Requirements:

  • Support HR team on weekly and monthly payroll files, time management system and reporting to include annual leave, sick leave, etc.
  • Assist the HRBP in the continuous development and execution of strategic HR initiatives.
  • Providing support and advisory on ER processes.
  • Support with end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and administration tasks for the HR department.
  • To support the HR strategy on various projects throughout the year.
  • Support, up-skill and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices.
  • Ad hoc HR duties as required.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in data management and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
  • Detail orientated with strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive team player.
  • Strong knowledge of computer packages, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
