In-house Sales Agent

Location: North Dublin

Office Hours – Monday – Friday Office Hours

Salary: €35k + Bonus (€5k plus)

Our client is looking for an In-house Sales Agent to join their successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have previous in-house sales or customer service experience. This is a perfect role for someone looking to progress their career in sales and looking for a new challenge.

Role Requirements: 

• Manage in-house accounts (approx. 2/300 customers), while assisting field sales team with key accounts to increase sale volumes.
• Upselling products both on the phone and through email with existing customers and dealing with regular customer pricing.
• Managing customer inquiries and work with other departments to find a resolution as required
• Updating system to ensure all orders are accurately processed in a timely manner
• Maintaining customer databases and other ad hoc administrative duties when required

Candidate requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
• Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal and by phone
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel e
• Ability to multi task
