Our client is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist, specializing in ventilation & air conditioning products, to join their team based in Dublin South. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of sales ability and technical knowledge. EXET22
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting positive Customer & Specification sales and service relationships
- Responsible for working within existing systems and processes and giving feedback for any improvements as appropriate
- Compliance with internal use of our CRM and ERP systems.
- Product selection and preparing quotations and technical submittals of building services projects with consultants and our customer base.
- Processing and tracking orders and maintaining close communication with customers from order date to delivery of goods and after sales support, if required.
- Providing sales support to our team of Business Development Managers.
- Liaise with the factories and Pre-Sales team when required to obtain price support to effectively price and win large projects.
- Offer industry knowledge and guidance on legislation to ensure future protection.
- Organise training for customers on new products as well as CPD training and ongoing customer support training to satisfy customer requirements.
- Collect and report industry knowledge and information.
Candidate Requirements
- A Technical Degree and or equivalent Technical HVAC background.
- Strong commercial and industrial sector experience would be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of OEM products & services.
- Good working knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating, ventilating, air conditioning & HVAC systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- IT skills and adept in Microsoft office suites.
- Highly Self-motivated and enthusiastic internal Sales Person, with a proven track record of strategic sales results
