Inventory Control Supervisor / Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Dublin 15
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Salary: €40k

Role requirements:
- Responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and measuring operations within a warehouse facility.
- Work from customer business schedules, develop daily schedules and measure performance to schedules.
- Maintain continuous focus on Employee Welfare with specific emphasis on Health & Safety and Housekeeping.
- Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations. Inventory Integrity program to be maintained above customers’ expectations.
- Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
- Perform cycle stock checks. Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, and resolved. (AAR’s, 8D’s). Report findings to the Operations Manager in a timely fashion.
- Develop the company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits, generating savings, rationalising inventory, and maximizing space.
- Supervise and organize the daily activities of your warehouse team in order to meet the highest level of customer service and required service levels. Achieve 100% inventory record accuracy.
- Direct and motivate warehouse team in order to meet operational goals. Provide routine management information on inventory performance
- Liaise with customer on a daily basis.
- Mentor and coach the team in order to ensure full performance potential.
- Ensure that the stock control is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 Years Minimum Team Lead / Supervisory experience in relevant industry and experience in training of warehouse staff.
- This is a supervisory position. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required.
- Third level qualification in a relevant field desired
