Role: Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Dublin 11

Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours

Salary: €37k – €40k

Role & Candidate Requirements: 

  • Manage end to end WMS requirements for each Customer
  • Support customer training and development in use of WMS
  • Expertise at warehousing, transport & distribution. 

  • A keen understanding of supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions

  • Quick critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to use computers, WMS software and other technology for inventory management and communication purposes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.

  • Good collaboration and team-work abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Time-management and goal-setting skills

  • Passion for excellence when it comes to customer service

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
