Role: Marketing Executive

Location: South-West Dublin

Salary: €40k – €45k

Our client, based in Dublin 24, are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a proven track record in content creation, market research, and campaign execution.

Role Requirements:

• Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Develop engaging content across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and product brochures.
• Manage branding initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment with company values.
• Oversee the website’s daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality and an optimal user experience. Optimize website performance using SEO and CRO strategies
• Utilise analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. 
• Present regular performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in preparing marketing collateral for sales presentations.
• Train the sales team on current marketing initiatives and product updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in content creation, website management, and e-commerce.
• At least 3 years in a Marketing team, ideally within a business-to-business environment.
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proven experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
