Role: Payroll Manager
Location: West Dublin
Salary: €50k
Role Requirements:
- Manage and process payroll for all employees
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Process payroll adjustments, including bonuses and corrections.
- Ensure compliance with Irish payroll regulations, including PAYE, PRSI, and USC.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports and tax filings.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
- Utilise payroll software to process payroll and generate reports.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding payroll policies and procedures.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related financial reports and reconciliations.
Candidate Requirements:

- IPASS Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws in Ireland.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
