We are currently recruiting a Quality Control Supervisor for our established and expanding client based in Dublin south. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure, responsibility and grow their career. EXET22

This role will report to the Site Technical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sampling raw materials and processes
  • Coordinating the collection of Finished Product samples
  • Testing samples from processes Investigative sampling & follow up
  • Environmental Sampling from processes
  • Site effluent testing
  • QS Compliance oversight

Key Requirements

  • Aptitude for operational processes
  • Aptitude for Process Improvement
  • Technical / testing skills
  • Working on own initiative
  • Data collection / trending / reporting
  • Teamwork & communication
  • A qualification in process / operational / technical discipline or equivalent experience

QC Responsibilities:
Support start-up activities for Clinical Supply Dublin, may include but not limited to:
Authoring and review of QA-related procedures
Support preparation of training materials
Support generation of new Quality Agreements and update existing Quality Agreements

Support sustaining operations, may include but not limited to:
Manufacturers Authorisation maintenance
Site master file maintenance
Compiles Qualified Person batch release dossiers;
Supports Packaging and Labeling activities performed;
Provides Quality Assurance support in the Use Date Extension process;
Provides Quality Assurance support (GMP/GDP guidance and training) for CSO Regional Logistics;
