Executive talent are currently recruiting for a Group Administration Co-ordinator to join our clients well established team. This will be a full time role with extensive progression & opportunity. Resposibilities:

 

  • System management
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly SAGE report development, control, distribution
  • Recording and control through to resolution all IT issues through outsourced I.T. support providers
  • Record management (scanned, soft and hard copies)
  • Price-book management (purchase and sales ledger)
  • Customer Files and Quotations (hard and soft copies)
  • Company Folder co-ordination and control
  • Archive management – management of archive files
  • ISO co-ordinator for the group
  • Quality Control
  • Non-conformance investigation
  • Control and co-ordination of company procedures
  • Training and Induction Co-ordinator
  • Assist senior management with marketing events throughout the year
  • Control of group office utilities eg. ESB, Phones, Cleaning, Kitchen, Stationery
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Responsible for all related administrative duties as directed by management

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 

  • Typically requires one or more years experience in an administrative role.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, be self motivated and have high standards of professional conduct.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on first class customer service.

 

Understanding customer needs in order to develop and deliver appropriate services

  • Ensures that the customer’s experience is a positive one
  • Keeps customers up to date and informed
  • Requests feedback from customers to ensure satisfaction, and shares results
  • Acts promptly to ensure customer problems are resolved
