Salary – €40k – €50k

Location – Dublin 12

Responsibilities:

Experience in a B2B/B2C sales or marketing related role
Excellent multimedia skills such as creation of graphics and design skills
Knowledge of eLearning and eLearning development technologies
Good technical skills and understanding of digital content creation, websites, and online technology
Manage & track online digital marketing campaigns including Google analytics, social media insights, and other analytical tools
Reporting on all KPIs
Write engaging content, as part of sales proposal and tender submissions.
Creating content and proposing potential designs to prospective clients.
Contribute to the development of client marketing and sales campaigns
Identify strategies for lead generation and provide customer insight
Create ideas and posts for social media content
Ensure the digital marketing strategy connects online and offline marketing activities
Conducting market research both online and face to face.
Help manage marketing budget lines including
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Contact existing customers to inform them about our range of product and value add services
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Keep a record of all prospects and submit outlooks to the sales manager
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Skills & Experience:
Have at least 5 years’ experience in a Sales/Marketing role and hold a degree in Marketing/Advertising/Sales
Excellent IT and presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail
Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on their own initiative and also to work as part of a team
Have a track record in delivering the practical side of sales
Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop a vision, formulate strategy and deliver objectives
