Role: Senior HR Business Partner
Location: North County Dublin – onsite
Salary: €65k – €75k
Role Requirements:
- Leading and managing the local HR team.
- Consulting with relevant senior management and local HR team on strategic and tactical human resources issues.
- Implementing and monitoring the consistent application of Company Policies across Ireland.
- Developing internal communication materials and or initiatives to drive employee engagement.
- Analysing HR trends and metrics, providing employee/people insights to drive decision making.
- Providing analysis and recommendations in workforce planning and resourcing.
- Driving the candidate experience, to promote the brand as an employer of choice.
- Providing specialist advice and guidance in candidate selection, testing process and employment offers in line with policy.
- Facilitating training needs analysis to build and implement the training plan.
- Leading, managing, and co-ordinating talent management and succession planning processes.
- Resolving simple and complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances in line with company policy.
- Leading and driving the performance management process in alignment with company recognition and reward programs.
- Reviewing and recommending on employees’ compensation and benefits plans.
- Managing the development and delivery of the annual performance management process.
- Suggesting new HR strategies.
- Driving continuous improvement within areas of responsibility.
- Working in partnership with a range of stakeholders including leadership team, HR Global team leads, trade unions (where applicable), employees and external partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7+ years Human Resources Management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree with CIPD Qualification
- Proven, progressive experience in generalist HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Successful track record in managing of all aspects of HR Management including reward, resourcing, talent management, succession planning, change management and employee relations.
