Salary €75k – €80k +

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our client based in North Dublin. The ideal candidate with have experience in a similar role and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Role responsibilities

• Complete a set number of Customer Visits per week to achieve new business
• Build on relationships with visits to Existing Customers once every 3 months
• Primary focus on Air Shipments
• Identifying New Lanes with Existing Customers
• Lead Generation – Taking note of companies in Business Parks & attending Expo’s
• Industries to target, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Agricultural and Retail
• Follow up on Quotes to acquire Sales / Feedback
• Build relationships and communicate with company offices and agents Worldwide.
• Calculate Rates and Prepare Proposals for Presentations
• Work as part of a Sales Team and prepare Quotes and Book up Shipments for all Customers
• Input Sales and Visits into First Freight
• Prepare Reports weekly/monthly for Sales Manager.
• Maintain a High level of Customer Service and respond to Quotations in a timely manner.
• Time Management – plan day/week/month with Efficiency
• Providing Solutions for Time/Temperature Sensitive Shipments

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years’ of industry sales experience
• Strategic leadership ability
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and reporting skills.
• Strong planning, organizational and monitoring skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
