Service Desk Coordinator

Tuam, Galway, Full Time

Role Requirements: 

  • Coordinates the processing of incoming requests to the Service Desk via all methods to ensure courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues, based on issue priority.
  • Analyse performance of Service Desk activities and documented resolutions against service level agreements.
  • Generate reports based on service level agreements and required metrics.
  • Manage reactive calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Processing payments and purchase order numbers from customers.
  • Supporting service engineers including task assignment, replacement parts, and access requirements.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Organised, detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail and Microsoft packages.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines.
  • Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach.
