Purpose of the Role
- To ensure recruitment needs of the business are satisfied by working proactively with multiple internal teams to identify needs as early as possible and to ensure these vacancies are filled in a timely manner
- To provide an end to end recruitment service in a high volume environment.
Role Requirements:
- Full cycle recruitment for all salaried/professional roles
- Source quality candidates using various methods and platforms
- Reviewing, screening and shortlisting direct applications
- Develop and evaluate all current training content and recruitment policies and identify scope for changes / improvements and make recommendations on same
- Assisting with the job offer and acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience to ensure a successful outcome
- Support the on-boarding of new hires in conjunction with Hiring Manager and HR Team
- Support and guide junior members of the recruitment team
- Full ownership of recruitment for internal development opportunities
- Interview and assess candidates using the relevant interview techniques
- Hold assessment days for volume recruitment and promotions
- Reference checking
- Ensure all required information is updated regularly on system and functionality is fully utilised
- Develop and evaluate all current training content and recruitment policies and identify scope for changes / improvements and make recommendations on same
- Responsible for the development of all training materials and the delivery of training to staff
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy recruitment role
- Proactive self-starter
- Experience of recruiting for high volumes in a busy environment
- Excellent candidate sourcing skills
- Strong knowledge and utilization of applicant tracking systems
- Organised and capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
- Resilient and proactive
- Passionate about delivering excellent in customer service and candidate experience
