Role: Logistics Customer Service
Location: West Dublin
Salary: €35k
Role Requirements:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
- Address all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints appropriately, courteously, and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and manage communication to ensure smooth information flow between Customer Service and warehouse staff.
- Exhibit flexibility regarding working hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Log and track jobs using our in-house systems.
- Assist and cover for fellow team members as needed.
- Foster and maintain a high-quality work environment.
- Enter job data into our in-house systems.
- Perform any other duties relevant to the role.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is essential.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and data entry.
- Proven ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
