Transport Customer Support Agent
Location – Dublin 15
Salary – €35k – €37k
Role Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a good working relationships
- Co-ordinate to completion all requests
- Consignment job changes and job notes update as required
- Requesting changes to freight in the warehouse
- Claim discrepancy reporting as required
- Co-ordinate the generation and circulation of performance and KPI data
- Through online audit processes, ensure procedures as per Operations Manual and ISO are implemented across the organisation
- Maintain and update the Operations Manual
- Reporting and follow up of IT system issues
- Assist with development of Warehouse and TMS IT systems
- Any other reasonable management requests within or outside department
Candidate Requirements
- 2 years logistics administration / coordination experience
- A demonstrable track record of achievement in administration
- Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
- Previous ISO experience would be advantageous
- Attention to detail, ability to perform tasks to completion
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
