Transport Customer Support Agent

Location – Dublin 15

Salary – €35k – €37k

Role Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a good working relationships 
  • Co-ordinate to completion all requests
  • Consignment job changes and job notes update as required
  • Requesting changes to freight in the warehouse
  • Claim discrepancy reporting as required
  • Co-ordinate the generation and circulation of performance and KPI data
  • Through online audit processes, ensure procedures as per Operations Manual and ISO are implemented across the organisation
  • Maintain and update the Operations Manual
  • Reporting and follow up of IT system issues
  • Assist with development of Warehouse and TMS IT systems
  • Any other reasonable management requests within or outside department

 

Candidate Requirements

  • 2 years logistics administration / coordination experience
  • A demonstrable track record of achievement in administration
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency
  • Previous ISO experience would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail, ability to perform tasks to completion
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
