Role: Accounts & Office Manager

Location: Dublin 20 – Office based

Salary: Package Negotiable, DOE

Role Requirements: 

  • Overseeing daily accounts and administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive work environment.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Handling financial processes, including budget management, invoice processing, and expense reports.
  • Coordinating facility maintenance and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employees and facilitating effective communication.
  • Managing office technology and troubleshooting technical issues.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as an Accounts / Office Manager 
  • Strong background in Accounts is essential. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software packages
  • Familiarity with financial processes such as budgeting and invoicing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
