HR Generalist

Role: HR Generalist
Location: South West Dublin – Office based
Salary: €45k plus bonus
Role Requirements:
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, including performance review programs and employee engagement activities.
- Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to the HR function.
- Support in conducting employee feedback surveys and analysing the results to improve workplace culture.
- Assist with training and development programs to enhance employees’ professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment laws and regulations, including advising on key legislation such as employment contracts, working time, and health and safety.
- Maintain HR records and ensure the accuracy of data in the HRIS.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
