Role: Internal Sales Agent

Location: Dublin 18

Salary: €32k – €34k Plus Commission – €50k OTE

 

Our client, based in Dublin 18, is looking for an internal sales agent to join their dynamic team. The Internal Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales, promoting products and services, and providing excellent customer support to clients of the company. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing inbound leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Role Requirements

  • Actively identify and pursue potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Provide support to the sales team in generating quotes, processing orders, and following up on prospects to convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns related to alarm monitoring services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s alarm monitoring services, products, and pricing, enabling effective sales conversations.
  • Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions for alarm monitoring systems and services, including upgrades or new installations.
  • Present products and services to potential customers, offering tailored solutions based on their specific requirements.
  • Process sales orders, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
