Role: HR Manager
Location: Killarney, Co. Kerry
Salary: €50k
Role Requirements:
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
- Lead and provide strategic direction for the Human Resources function.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Manage employee performance reviews and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Guide and support
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR management role.
- Experience working in hospitality would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
