Role: HR Manager

Location: North Kildare

Salary: €Neg 

Role Requirements:

  • Manage employee performance reviews and introduce strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Offer guidance and support to both management and staff on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally and constructively.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the team.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction for the Human Resources department.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR management role.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
