HR Generalist

Role: HR Generalist

Location: West Dublin

Salary: €45k

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and pension schemes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships, address concerns, and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
  • Support performance appraisals, assist in performance improvement plans, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, conduct inductions, and ensure compliance with employment documentation.
  • Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring timely staffing needs.
  • Promote diversity and ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Irish labour laws and ensure company practices comply with employment regulations.
  • Promote initiatives that improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and assist with audits and compliance reviews..

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree and three to five years of HR experience, or a master’s degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • CIPD credential preferred.
  • Experience in the administration of Human Resources software programs.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
