Role: HR Generalist
Location: West Dublin
Salary: €45k
Role Requirements:
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and pension schemes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Foster positive relationships, address concerns, and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Support performance appraisals, assist in performance improvement plans, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Oversee the onboarding process, conduct inductions, and ensure compliance with employment documentation.
- Assist in developing, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring timely staffing needs.
- Promote diversity and ensure compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity initiatives.
- Stay updated on Irish labour laws and ensure company practices comply with employment regulations.
- Promote initiatives that improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and assist with audits and compliance reviews..
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree and three to five years of HR experience, or a master’s degree in HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- CIPD credential preferred.
- Experience in the administration of Human Resources software programs.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organisational skills.
