Role: HR Manager

Location: South Dublin

Salary: €50k+

 

Role Requirements: 

  • Take the lead in setting the strategic and operational direction for the Human Resources function, operating in a standalone capacity.
  • Review and implement HR policies and strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a talented and motivated workforce.
  • Partner with senior leadership to influence and support the development of the organisation’s employer brand, culture, learning initiatives, and employee retention strategies.
  • Champion a positive organisational culture by encouraging behaviours and practices that reflect the company’s core values, mission, and vision.
  • Manage the full spectrum of Employee Relations matters as and when they arise.
  • Ensure all existing employees and new starters meet Right to Work compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Design and deliver training programmes to support management development, staff performance, and career progression.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead on performance management processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that support employee wellbeing, engagement, and work-life balance.
  • Build strong working relationships with department heads and their teams, fostering collaboration across the business.
  • Provide practical, hands-on HR support and guidance to managers and employees as needed.

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be a distinct advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage confidential information.
