Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Dublin
Salary: €70k – €80k plus Bonus and package

Role Requirements:
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharm markets
- Build and explore in-depth understanding of the customer’s business, industry,
- strategic direction & competitors
- Develop strategic, value-added partnership with the customer by working with
- the key decision makers & influencers to position long term strategic issues
- and solutions
- Build understanding of full capabilities and service/product offerings in
- the customer arena
- Deal with all aspects of specific marketing campaigns, tradeshows & seminars
- Identify, qualify and prioritise all potential opportunities
- Engage regional operatives to identify opportunities
- Work with multi-functional departments to guide development of solutions to the customer
- Deliver solutions which are highly valued by the customer as high impact complex and strategic
- Pro-actively monitor, manage and improve quality through specific metrics,
- customer satisfaction and issue resolution
- Build contingency to mitigate risk
- Identify new market opportunities
- Support requests for quotes (RFQ)
- Manage sales pipeline and track KPIs Relationship management
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years professional experience in Business development, sales or account management
- Experience in the logistics/transport sector and/or pharmaceutical/life science industry essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- High customer orientation and strong communication/presentation skills verbally & written,
- Self-motivated / self-dependent / reliable
