Our client is seeking an experienced Food Production Team Lead to join their busy team in North County Dublin.

Role Requirements:

• The Food Production Team Lead will be responsible for the leading of Food Production Team.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of vehicles, supply, whilst ensuring that outbound delivery vehicles leave with correct documentation, cargo and temperature regime.
• Ensuring internal ERP systems, SAP in this case is used, managed and effective in operations with orders, waste and paperwork for internal and external use.
• Ensure compliance with BRC and customer specific rules and systems.
• Ensure appropriate preparation and handover to incoming Supervisor/Line.
• Leader to inform them of any production changes and staffing requirements or concerns that have arose.
• Maintain communication with the Quality Control team regarding quality issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Food Production Team Lead must be able to work 3-4 days out of 7 a week, with days rotating each week.
• Must have previous experience in a leadership role within the food industry.
• Ensure product meets specifications and that Food Safety objectives are attained in accordance with company policies.
• Assist with the enforcement of all Food Safety Programs (GMPs, BRC, Organic and other programs).
• Report any faults or maintenance issues to the Production Operations Manager and Systems Manager.
• Must have own transportation.
