Quantity Surveyor

Salary: €80k +
Role Requirements:
- Manage all quantity surveying duties for assigned projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
- Monitor project progress, costs, and variations
- Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Manage procurement, valuations, and contract administration
- Ensure projects remain compliant with budgets and timelines
- Provide regular financial reports and forecasts
- Support senior management with commercial decision-making
Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
