Role: Service Department Administrator
Location: Ballymount, Dublin 12
Salary: €40k
Role Requirements:
- Coordinate field engineers for daily service calls and onsite visits
- Manage incoming service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Monitor engineer workloads, response times, and job completion statuses
- Prioritise urgent support issues and dispatch engineers accordingly
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on appointments and service progress
- Ensure all tickets, job notes, and service records are accurately maintained
- Order and track equipment or parts required for engineer visits
- Support service delivery reporting and KPI tracking
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- two years previous experience in a service desk, scheduling, coordination, or administration role
- Experience coordinating engineers, drivers, technicians, or field staff is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using ticketing or scheduling systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
