Role: Personal Assistant & Social Media Executive

Location: Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny

Salary: €35k – €38k DOE

Accommodation is an option for candidates open to relocation

Company vehicle – full clean driving license essential

Role Requirements:

  • The Personal Assistant & Social Media Executive will;
  • Provide comprehensive diary, calendar and schedule management.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, emails and day-to-day communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
  • Organise events, workshops and speaking engagements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, visitors and stakeholders.
  • Provide confidential administrative support and assist with special projects.
  • Manage and grow the Foundation’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Create engaging written, graphic and video content that reflects the Foundation’s mission and values.
  • Plan and schedule social media campaigns and content calendars.
  • Monitor engagement, analyse performance and recommend improvements.
  • Update website content and assist with digital marketing initiatives.

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience with Canva / Adobe suite and social media scheduling platforms
  • A full driving license
