Warehouse Supervisor

Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Swords area

Salary: €42k – €45k

Monday to Friday 37.5 hour week

Role Requirements: 

• Coordinate all inbound and outbound freight movements
• Provide cover in absence of Warehouse Manager
• Oversee and monitor compliance with safety regulations and handling procedures
• Manage the correct use and maintenance of warehouse equipment & documentation – forklift, power pallet, fork reach
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
• Collaborate with other departments and service providers
• Cross checking document and cargo on all freight movement
• Any additional duties assigned by the warehouse manager

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a freight forwarding or logistics company
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes (import/export documentation)
• Proficient with WMS
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Counterbalance, Reach Truck, PPT driving experience
