Role: Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager 

Location: Dublin 12 

Salary: €70k + Package 

Role requirements: 

• As a Senior Warehouse & Logistics Manager you will, 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse and logistics functions.  

• Develop and implement warehouse strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.  

• Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse supervisors and operational staff.  

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.  

• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control and cycle counting.  

• Monitor warehouse KPIs, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.  

• Manage transport and distribution schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.  

• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and industry regulations.  

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.  

• Prepare operational budgets and monitor expenditure against targets.  

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement Lean or continuous improvement initiatives.  

• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and used safely.  

• Lead recruitment, performance management, training, and succession planning for warehouse staff.  

• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.  

• Produce regular management reports on warehouse performance and logistics activities. 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior role or logistics 

• Strong leadership and people management skills.  

• Excellent warehouse and inventory management knowledge.  

• Supply chain and logistics planning expertise.  

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

• Budget management and cost control.  

• Time management and organisational skills.  

• Continuous improvement mindset.  

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
