Role: Air freight Key Account Manager

Location: North Dublin

Salary: €50k – €60k

Hybrid Role

Role requirements: 

• As an Air Freight Key Account Manager, you will,
• Manage a portfolio of key air freight customers and develop long-term business relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, operational issues, and service requirements.
• Coordinate international air import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing agreements, and customer contracts.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure all deliveries are completed within agreed timelines.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customs authorities, carriers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, AEO, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s freight management and CRM systems. 

Candidate Requirements: 

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in air freight, freight forwarding, logistics, or key account management.
• Strong knowledge of international air freight operations, including import and export procedures
• Experience managing key customer accounts within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Excellent knowledge of customs documentation, trade compliance, and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in freight management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
