Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple installation sites and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on position requiring strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships with contractors, customers and internal teams. The successful Site Manager will have previous experience within a construction or installation environment, ideally with knowledge of the commercial windows and doors sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Manager to manage the day-to-day operations across multiple installation sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project programmes.
• Site Manager to act as the main point of contact for site personnel, contractors, customers and the Contracts Manager.
• Site Manager to coordinate site requirements including deliveries, lifting facilities, access, storage areas and waste management.
• Site Manager to ensure sites are fully prepared and ready for installation works to commence.
• Site Manager to monitor installation progress and third-party works, ensuring accurate and timely reporting through company systems.
• Site Manager to identify and resolve site issues proactively and ensure all relevant matters are communicated and documented appropriately.
• Site Manager to ensure RAMS, safety statements and all other required Health & Safety documentation are completed and kept up to date.
• Site Manager to liaise closely with office teams regarding installations, repairs, maintenance and material requirements.
• Site Manager to oversee the safe storage, control and issue of materials and accessories on site.
• Site Manager to review and sign off fitter invoices while ensuring labour costs remain within agreed budgets.
• Site Manager to maintain strong customer and contractor relationships through clear, professional and timely communication.
• Site Manager to ensure high standards of workmanship, quality and site presentation are maintained throughout each project.

Skills & Experience

• Strong Site Management experience within construction, fit-out or installation environments.
• Previous experience or a good working knowledge of the commercial windows and doors sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to successfully coordinate and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and site compliance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to monitor labour and site-related costs.
• Proactive and practical approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Strong customer and contractor management skills.
• Full clean Driving Licence.
• Valid Safe Pass.
• Manual Handling certification.
