As an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing talented finance and accounting professionals into various roles across our client base. Your ability to understand both client requirements and candidate aspirations will be instrumental in driving successful placements and contributing to the teams growth.

Role Requirements: 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific finance and accounting staffing needs.
• Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of finance professionals for future opportunities.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement and onboarding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable guidance to clients and candidates.

Candidate Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or a related field.
• A minimum of two years experience in an accounts / administration role. 
• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within the finance and accounting sector a distinct advantage. 
• Strong understanding of finance roles, industry trends, and technical skills required for accountancy & finance professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in using software and social media platforms.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
