Part time Accounts Assistant

Dublin South West

20 – 25 hours per week – Monday, Wednesday, Friday

€35k – €40k pro rata

Immediate start

 

 Role Requirements:

  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Data processing
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum two years previous experience in a busy accounts office
  • Excellent IT skills with strong systems experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
